There would be several occasions where I didn’t hear back from my attorney for months. I would call, email and text. I even had to go down to the office to get some answers. I will not use them in the future.

The process was not clearly explained to us when we initially were talking with M and M. This caused much anxiety and stress to us trying to make it make it make sense. Actually, pretty much nothing was clear until we met in person. The professional staff was otherwise very nice. The monthly email from Jamila was repetitious and made reference to “a recent conversation “ and we did not have that. I think it was just a push of a button to set that up for a monthly reminder. Granted, we are seniors and not up on the latest technology.Dealing with change is not easy for us. Thank you for your time.
