I was in a car accident in April. The assistant Jess was great letting me know the proses and what to except. He said we will probably speak about 1x a month. He staited that this is a cut and dry case and will be complete soon. I said 1 to 2 months? Probably in 1 that was in May. It is now August Sometime had passed and I went on the ap to upload doc. That is never updated on the progress but the new assistant was. And that's when I saw I had a new assistant. I was never informed. So I went on the ap and uploaded and introduced myself. With no reply. Then I left a message for the lawyer. I called 2 to 3 times. I called and spoke with what they call the complaint dep. Then after all that I got a call from the assistant. She said now that Jess was gone she got 9 new cases with not further update or information. Then about another month went by I finally got a call from the layer himself. He at least explained that he is waiting on hospital records and bills. That was about 3 weeks ago. This is only a $10K case. I should have handled this on my own. I was a lawyer assistant years ago. I feel my case wasn't big enough to work in a timely manner. I just got diagnosed with cancer and need the $ for medical. And I told them this as well. I will NEVER recommend Morgan and Morgan. They have no companion for the little people. It makes me sick every time I see the Comercial

Pointless to talk to never actually have an attorney talk to you directly poorly set up call center is all you are pot daddy.

I'm very disappointed right now. I have been trying to reach my point of contact for weeks now only to get the same recording.. was sick and playing catch up and NOT to leave more than one message.. well that tells me I'm not the only one leaving more than I e message.. clearly there isn't enough staff to handle cases.. Ive patiently and quietly waited while this case is in its 5th year. I need to speak to a human being that can help me not this recoding every week. Week After week.. that's entirely to long.. I have 3 stars because I'm. If I e to complain or write a review none the less a not so good review but.. what else to do? to get somewhere.. other than this issue I recommend this law firm highly..
