Well this is going to be a long thread. I have a car accident on 4/24/23. Hired morgan and morgan next day. 1st team DIDNT BILL PIP FOR 4/25 HOSPITAL VISIT AND DIDNT PUT CASE TOGETHER PROPERLY. After 1 year i got a 3000 offer when ive been through spine shots 3 slipped disk severe shoulder problems. I called and text and no response from my team for weeks after. Now 10 months later after a new team finnaly got the hospital bill off my credit report but now i cant go for therapy because the treatment center cant bill pip because its exhausted. Still need weekly treatment and my assistant hasnt been any help, says i can pay for my own treatment now. The commercials are deceptive. Would love to discuss with mr morgan. Will update as things happen. Dont comment and tell me to call your customer service, did that to complain about the first team and nothing was done. Look up my case and call me.

I am not a "sue happy" person so when I found out about the possibility of joining a medical class action lawsuit that completely fits my situation, I jumped at the chance! I filled in the form on their site later that night and, they contacted me 2 days later (the 1st day was a holiday). The people on the phone were very respectful and courteous and confirmed the information I filled out on the site. They confirmed that they have investigators that can help gather the information for me and that I can ask questions of the lawyer when they call. This is just the start but I hope that this can help myself and others that have suffered from this products impact on our lives.
