I was referred to Morgan & Morgan by another attorney who had a conflict of interest in my concerns. I have had several conversations regarding my situation, and I actually spoke to multiple people, including two separate offices who were eagar to assist me and despite a slight confusion as to who was going to take my case, i was still treated with respect once i got past all the intake people who were responsible for which office i wanted to handle my case and they chose not to pass on my repeated request and they told me there was nobody available at the Daytona office so i was going to be handled by the Jacksonville office. But after the intake, i was reached by the Jacksonville office, and the legal paralegal was very helpful and very empathic, she went through the steps and the information I would need to provide and the documents that would need to be signed. She was very thorough and very professional. She let me know who my attorney was going to be making the decision after reviewing all my documents. And that the attorney would be reaching out to me personally, which she did. Teresa, She listened to the circumstances regarding my issues and my situation. She explained how things would proceed and how it was a lengthy process, and the requirements for this type of case are much different than other types of cases. I understood despite not feeling it right in the legal system that seems to protect and/or insulate offenders more than the injured. But I understood Theresa/Teresa was going to do her best to try to get my case to the next level. I have had contact since with the paralegal designated to my case since then. I did find out in the middle of this that the Daytona office was available and had reached out to me and was willing to take my case as well. I even went to their office in Daytona to drop off documents to be transmitted to Jacksonville. I did come to understand that Mark Miller & Jack Cook were also thinking they were going to take my case, and during the mix-up, I was a little upset with the in-take personnel who caused the mix-up. But the Daytona office, their paralegal Chelsea Damon, she was also very professional and did figure out there was a mix-up and was going to speak with the lead attorney, as I had completed information for both offices. But at the end of the day, so to speak, it was decided that Jacksonville office Teresa Simmons was going to remain my attorney. I was assured she was a very talented and very empathic person towards her clients and took each one seriously. So I appreciate both offices and the paralegals for each office were very helpful, pleasant and professional. Chelsea and Caitlin. So the only issue was with the several intake personnel i spoke with, ignoring my request for the other closer office and telling me the Daytona office didn't have time for my case. But I appreciate morgan & morgan with the rest of their staff, who were all very professional and empathic and informative about the crucial steps ahead. Thank you
