Attorney never got in touch with me unless I contacted him first. Feel I got robbed on my settlement. Very, very unhappy

Daytona Defense, and specifically Mr. Brian Penney, are absolutely amazing! At 47 years old, I had never been arrested in my life, but an unfortunate series of events landed me in jail while on vacation. I was scared, nervous, and confused. I had never reached out to an attorney's office for something like this and was very apprehensive about being viewed poorly or treated as less than a human being. Mr Penney and the Daytona Defense staff shattered that illusion with kindness, sincerity, and good old fashioned work ethic. I live in another state, but Mr. Penney stayed in constant contact with me, explaining everything as the process went along. My case was dismissed very quickly and I was able to get on with my life without any more issues. If you're having second thoughts about hiring an attorney, no need to call anyone but Daytona Defense!

There are not enough words to say what a fabulous attorney Michael Rodriguez was in handling my divorce. He was on point in every aspect and every detail. Morgan Lewis was equally amazing and took so much time and was so patient and kind. Their professionalism was far above the norm I have ever experienced.
