Had a water heater fall on top of my head causing neck injury it also broke 3 teeth off which had to be implanted, they got money for the teeth but fought none for the neck injury that caused teeth to break off makes no sense didn't fight at all for me

first of all, she was the 3rd person I was transferred to. No one seemed to know about TGH and the problem with the security breach. It is funny because YOUR office sent me a letter about the breach. I did not even know about it. She told me that she would talk to an attorney and get back to me if they could help me? She then asked me if your office could send info through the mail if they had to. I have never received a call from your office and this is day 3. Also, I haven't received anything in the mail.
