After paying in full the day after our initial consultation, Mr Shapiro did not follow through with our agreement or requests to contact us and send documents via email. As explained to him we were moving between households. As a result of him disregarding our initial recorded agreement we were delayed by months. Even after I was able to straighten his errors out, we were sent a document with someone else's information! Who was sent our information? We are finally through the estate process but our parents would have been so disappointed to know the stress we had to incur due to the lack of competence of Rice Law Firm

I went through the divorce proceedings for the first time in my life and it was not a pleasant experience. I am 75 years old, and it did not make much sense to me to do this, but my wife insisted. Having said that: my Attorney Sarena Baldacchino was most helpful throughout the entire process from information gathering to the final mediation session. Sarena answered all of my questions and explained the process as we went along. In the final mediation session, as unusual as it may seem, both my wife and I left pleased with the results.
