Jonathan Rotstein has been retained by me for a workmans comp and wrongful termination suit. Thus far, one month in, every phone call has been returned the same business day by Jonathan himself. My only frustration has been the delay in getting medical attention thru workmans compensation for my work related injury. Hopefully it will be sooner rather than later. I just recently needed a workers comp lawyer and am in pasco county.. not only did he have a paralegal come to my home its a 3 hour drive here and back. He has kept me updated and is also doing his best to keep me informed

Jonathon handled a couple cases of mine and always did his best and got me what i was entitled to he also did a criminal case which was not the outcome i had hoped for but al in all i can complain he is a great attorney and a great guy shiffman however i do not care for he shows up with no knowledge of any cases but maybe on the past 4 years he has gotten better.

I have used Jonathan for over 15 years, he has always treated me with the upmost respect. Understanably sometimes I can't always get him on the phone when I call, but rest assure he calls me back personaly. I find it that it's easy for someone to post and degrade so ones character when they are upset because things did'nt quite go their way. But for the rest of us who are happy with his services we fail to commend him on a job well done! I don't knbow what I would have done without his help! Thank you Jon and Staff! Alan M.
