I was immediately impressed with Mr. Delgado's attention to my situation. He saw me within 24 hours and helped me greatly. The staff and office space are top notch and the lawyer staff is intelligent and attentive. I would highly recommend this law firm for anyone looking for a no frills set of people that can help you.

I had a free consultation with Aaron over an out of state divorce matter. He spent an hour with me. He wasn’t able to help me since it was an out of state case, but he did give me advise. Even though he spent so much time with me he didn’t charge me. If I ever need an attorney i will definitely hire Aaron!

Aaron Delgado -- in this reviewer's opinion -- behaved unprofessionally when he interfered with a feral kitten rescue next to his law office at 7:45 am on 5/27/2020, confronting a volunteer whose vehicle momentarily "trespassed" in his empty parking lot. Barefooted, dirty and chugging a 'power' drink, Delgado pretended he couldn't understand the volunteer explaining a kitten rescue was in progress, then advanced into the volunteer's face on a public street, demanding credentials, insulting and menacing the volunteer, then taking photographs of the volunteer's license plate as the vehicle was relocating to continue the rescue effort. Delgado later sent Police to the volunteer's residence, causing further harassment. This attorney's up-all-night appearance and erratic, unprovoked behavior has been reported for investigation. UPDATE 1: Aaron Delgado is the same lawyer who represented the killer of Ponce, a 9-month-old Labrador Retriever found dead in his owner's back yard in Volusia County, Florida. Sheriff's officials said the dog died from lacerations, seven puncture wounds, a fractured jaw, crushed teeth, a broken rib and a punctured lung. The dog's death led to the signing of "Ponce's Law". At sentencing, Delgado asked the Judge to give Ponce's killer no jail time because his client had 'suffered enough.' UPDATE 2: In the week preceding this incident, Aaron Delgado was contacted by two representatives from Daytona Beach Animal Control who officially alerted him a homeless cat colony is being trapped in the area of his office. So despite feigning ignorance, Delgado knew of trapping efforts when he opted to confront a volunteer in the street. UPDATE 3: City Commissioner Aaron Delgado ran a background check on the animal rescue volunteer he confronted on 5/27/20. On 5/28/20, Delgado enlisted 'help' from an intermediary to contact the volunteer and demand that this opinion be removed from the internet 'or else'.

Great service and decent prices

Delgado and Romanik It is always a unfortunate situation when anyone has to take time out of their lives and money to get legal assistance with anything. I was one of those who seeked help in late November. Initially getting into Delgado’s office you notice how everything inside is set to a comfort level. His staff is incredibly knowledgeable and well mannered. There was not a question they could not answer and they went above and beyond to help cater to my legal needs. I met Aaron first. Who is a intimidating looking man to begin with, he is stern but kind. He gave me confidence in my case before it even started, and continued to reassure me when things were working in my favor. His name is known through out Daytona. He is a very respectable man and works every aspect of his skills with the finest of grace. I am a younger client. Meaning I am more likely to make mistakes. He did not judge me. He was assisted by Harry Rutherford as well in my particular case. He was the sweeter side of my sorrow. Harry called me periodically though out the months to keep in contact with me to let me know everything everyone has been doing for me. He was with me my final court date where everything ended up getting dropped and gave me a sense of safety. Everyone’s legal problems are different. Not everyone gets the same out come or as lucky as I have been. I can honestly say that without those two I would not be able to continue with the work life I have if they were not there to support me. I highly recommend you take the time to see them for your legal matters even if it just for your free consultation. They do not disappointment, and that is coming from the heart of Daytona.
