Affordable and efficient representation. Outcome was as expected and the process was smooth as well as fast. Without Mr. Delgado’s defense the system would not have been just in dropping the case.

I’m a pre-law student who recently had the pleasure of watching Mr. Delgado work a couple of jury trials in Daytona Beach. I can say firsthand that Mr. Delgado is deeply invested in fighting for his clients and seeing that justice is done. More importantly, he got results: not-guilty verdicts in both cases, despite the state’s best efforts to mislead and emotionally manipulate the jury. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr. Delgado and his firm if a friend or family member of mine was in trouble!

Mr. Delgado is a stand up guy and very good at what he does. I went to trial to fight my dui and was nervous like a normal person would be. Having Mr. Delgado going to bat for me took all that nervousness away because he was the right guy for the job. They wanted to give me a year in jail, and thanks to him I only had to pay my court fees.

A number of years ago following a Life altering fall, I had all the documents in hand from the best of everyone who could work with me to try to get me healed (I have some professional experience in setting up a file and typing Court documents in past work)Are you getting the picture of my outcome? Okay! I've seen some in radiation and chemo treatments being turned down thinking the diagnosis is enough to fill out the paperwork and turn in the doctors information. Trust me, I wasted a lot of time on this, once I went in with my Attorney Matthew Romanik I was finally taken seriously! Thanks to him I have the SS Disability benefits I deserve and recommend him and his Firm for your needs! *PS by - the - way Matthew never let on that I shouldn't be messing around in his territory so don't be shy if you already did it to, just don't waste any more of your time you deserve your Disability Benefits.

Words cannot express my deep gratitude for Mr. Delgado and his team. My case took a long time to get resolved due to the fact it was tied to my ex-husband’s case as well. His assistant Anna was so great in answering any questions I had, keeping me informed and positive throughout the entire experience. Being charged with 3 felonies is a scary situation and they took care of me from beginning to end. Their compassion and attention to detail is what kept me going throughout this difficult process. I was able to return to Minnesota, where I live, while the case was active. In the end, all my charges were dropped and I able to move forward with my life thanks to Mr. Delgado.

Mr. Delgado took our phone call on a Sunday, had a meeting on that Monday and completely eased on mind on my case. Probably great at what they do..but went in there yesterday and felt pretty blown off. I'm owed wages from my job and the attorney said "I'm sorry you're in a "pickle" but, you quit right? Blaming the victim..I think that's something men invented. 2/4/2019 Thank you for response. I never asked for a suit, all I wanted was recovery for wages due. I was told I had to seek this out from state, which I am still in process of attempting. I was really hoping for more from them

I called about a traffic violation just to get some advice about how to handle the situation. They refused to even talk to me and were very rude about me even asking for some advice. The specifically told me, I don't know why you are even doing this you should just pay the fine and move on. It just goes to show what they really care about, some may say that's just how you run a business but if they can't handle such a small task that could only take a few minutes of their time, than what will happen when we would really need their help no something major. I recommend if you need help with your legal issues, don't waste your time with Damore, Delgado, Romanik & Rawlins.

Mr Delgado started off by having me sign almost a dozen escape clauses,I looked around and noticed how the office has changed. Tthey have built barricades every where,REMINED me of the jail.Futher I paid over 9800. He did non of promised deposition. Not returning calls. NO OTHER LAW OFFICE IS BUILT LIKE THE JAIL, NOR DOSE A HONEST ATTORNEY NEED A DOZEN ESCAPE CLAUSES TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY RECORD ALL COMMUNICATIONS AND HAVE EVERYTHING IN WRITING WHEN DEALING WITH PA.DELGADO. . MR DEMORE IS STILL THE GREAT PERSON AND ATTORNEY WITH GREAT INTEGRITY AND HONESTY I MISS ROD ROLLINS HONEST CLASSIC SKILLS.

Terrible experience. This firm took $5k and then withdrew from my case after my last payment. I was devastated. They refused to refund my money and I had to sell items to fund another attorney. I do not recommend this firm to anyone. David Damore made fun and jokes about my illness and I have a hard copy of him referring to me as a paranoid schizophrenic. I am sick. They took my money, ridiculed me as a joke, then withdrew from my case without refunding my money or helping me. Please run from this firm. Please be careful of them. My specific attorney was Daniel Leising. He made promises and did not do as he said. I suffered. I have cancer and multiple issues. They lied to me, stole from me, and then ridiculed me.
