Update: To call me back and have the OWNER YELL AT ME that I should be GRATEFUL they took my case, and that I RIPPED THEM APART in this review?!?! Unacceptable. Then I end the phone call to move on and he CALLS ME BACK to continue his tirade?! No way, I will absolutely keep this documented in case anyone else has the same experience. No matter WHAT, there is never an excuse to lose one's professionalism. See attached proof I was a customer. I am so disappointed to be the first one to not have the care, compassion, explanation, and follow up everyone is mentioning in the comments... Going through a major accident is stressful enough, but then I call my insurance and they tell me they can't talk to me and that I have to talk to my lawyer and they're unavailable anyway? A claim was made against my insurance by my own assigned case manager Stephanie, after I was told I'd be called before any decisions are made about what my options were and what would be the best way to proceed. That certainly DID NOT happen. I called back this morning to figure out what's going on, only to be told "I'll leave a message for you and they call you back, they're unavailable right now" Why go through the process of taking all of my info, that they already have, before telling me they're unavailable? This is exhausting enough as it is..Having your representation be an additional wealth of frustration as opposed to an source of assistance is...disappointing.

I would recommend Wagner to anybody their law firm is the best 100% hands down. Stephanie marasella the team over there with John Wagner with a chiropractor they're right on the money everything runs smooth they keep you weak to weak posted You couldn't ask for a better law firm in this town of Volusia county where he's born and raised and like I said this is the best I've ever seen I would have never imagined to start a case it be done with it within not even 6:00 to 7 months it's really unheard of and there is no time for era or anything they get to every problem that you need without stressing you out at all your needs are totally taken care of so believe me all this hyped up stuff about big law firms that are there for you it's not knocking them unless you're bringing over 600 and something thousand their way it's all blah blah blah blah blah but not Wagner's team he doesn't care if it's only $1,000 come in your way whatever you deserved they treat you like they would treat somebody that had a big case hanging over their head to somebody that was a little mustard seed so basically all in a nutshell sorry to blab but I can't help it the most they were fabulous and was I put up to this little review absolutely not I wish I would have got this law firm years ago I would have never been dragged through the mud like I was for a supposedly at other local law firm in this town that is not there for the little people if you must know. But anyway the Wagner team all around the board all the way from John Wagner to doing the medical side to the law side they were the best thank you guys for supporting me through my time that I needed and I will always always tell people to call them first in any personal problem they have he would be able to guide them in the right way. Thank you guys and I appreciate everything you've done for me Josh and the whole team over there doing injury side of it chiropractor hands down awesome every time I never had a problem and if it did they would find out what to do about it thank you You guys have a great rest of your week I appreciate it My family will always always be glad to send a referral your way thank you Tracy m Baker

Amazing team work never had to question anything 100%

Took care of everything. Helped get me the treatments I needed even in a different state. Dawn was a great contact person and very encouraging during this difficult time. Would definitely use them again if needed.
