Most of us citizens are unaware of the laws and our rights and when my elderly Mother who was going to celebrate her Birthday at a local restaurant unaware of a hump in the walkway tripped and fell fracturing her hip. Joshua and his team actually went to the restaurant at the time when the incident happened to see if this hump was visible during her fall and investigate the surroundings. With his findings he was able to get compensation for Mother's injury and her suffering so we were able to buy some medical equipment for her needs. He became more than just our attorney he became a friend, someone who still after 7 years keeps up with my Mother's progress. During a time when you are in pain and suffering caused by the negligence of someone else it is good to have Joshua Wagner on your side someone who can do the legal thinking for you while you are recovering from your injuries. We totally recommend Josh for your legal needs, he is a pillar in our community and well known by many. When I called upon him for help for an incident that happened with myself while having surgery, it was something that he does not handle but did recommend another attorney that could help me, this was something that he really did not have to do but is just that kind of person that wants to help. I wish that my Mother could give this review herself but unfortunately has Lewy Body Dementia and her health has declined to the point that she is in Hospice Care now, but she still remembers Joshua and every time she sees his commercials no matter where we are she tells everyone that is her Lawyer.
