I left them a voice-mail over a week ago and they haven't called me back yet

Jamie Sasson and his team (Toni and David) did an excellent job in helping me as a defendant in an insurance case. I was supposed to pay $15,000 and they negotiated it down to $1,500. They were always there for me and very caring, reliable, and helpful. I absolutely recommend the Ticktin Law Group!

Very professional and reliable

I used Ticktin Law Group to do a mortgage modification and prevent the possibility of loosing my home. They agreed to help and I felt secure in knowing that they would help me from my financial situation. I was asked to pay $500 a month. Little did I know that they would be the problem. We went month after month with no attempt by anyone at Ticktin to do anything. They just wanted that $500 a month for more that 2 years and we continually where told that a new attorney was assigned to our case. We kept calling and visiting asking for what they are doing and what is happening. I finally demanded a settlement and a modification. The modification was done and my mortgage was redone and we where happy. But just wait a minute. We learned years later that the modification included an extension of nearly 50 years. OMG! Next they suggested that they take a good look at a second mortgage we had that was actually a line of credit on our home. This was for my existing business. They indicated that it was possible to get us completely out of the obligation. They suggested we stop paying them until everything was evaluated. We stopped paying them and Tickten was asking $400 a month for their efforts. Again they did very little and lawyers continued to revolve so we didn't even know who was handling our case. Suddenly we received a notification that our home was being auctioned off and foreclosed on us. We where devastated. I immediately ran over to the Ticktin office and no one was available to help. They said our attorney was in court, but the truth was that he was no longer working there. A total coverup. Finally we got someone to talk to. He knew nothing about our case and said he would try and help. Other people came and spoke with us and said not to worry. Forget about it. They did nothing and our home was sold at auction. Fortunately the buyers to get out of the deal since they did not realize that the property had a first mortgage that was current and that they had to pay to get the property. We got another attorney and saved our home, but the Ticktin Law Group was the absolute worst place for legal help. Do not use these people! They only care about themselves and have a very high turnover of lawyers, either getting fired or resigning.
