Excellent service. Very informative throughout the process

I got into a terrible car accident where the other car T-Boned me. A friend of mine told me about Fuentes & Berrio, and I can't express how thankful I am, they were wonderful. I'm not a person who sues and to be frank, I have no clue how to go about legal issues. The first point of contact I had was Elliana. She was very kind and helpful. She helped eased my anxiety with dealing lawyers and reassuring me that everything was going to be okay. Next, I was able to speak to the attorney Jose. He was super polite and professional. He didn't beat around the bush with me, telling me exactly what to expect but his tone was relaxing making me feel secure furthering in my decision to sue. The legal assistant Heyleng was helpful with answering all questions. You could text them through their system and Heyleng was on point to answer me back in a timely manner, her and Elliana were very quick to respond or send me emails. Last, was Carolina. She is the front receptionist, but when I did call she was there first to pick up and was extremely kind and getting me transferred to who I needed to speak to. Afterall, front receptionist are also very important! Overall, the people who is spoke to and the team in general were awesome. I was able to get a payout from the other lady's insurance and I wouldn't even begin to know where to start if I was by myself. I was told to expect this to take a long time but I waa able to be done with this whole situation within a little over a month. They were awesome, and I would totally recommend them.
