Were helpful to a certain point

Good experience but one problem they never return phone calls

Mr Goldman and Mr Daszkal have always been professional and attentive to my situation they have addressed. The entire staff work very hard to be available and work towards the most positive conclusion to the cases they are working on. I would recommend Mr Goldman and Mr Daszkal without reservation!

Even though I was hesitant to enlist the services of a lawyer after a recent car accident, I felt I had no choice when doctors refused to see me or put off treatment for an entire month and my insurance company started to hint that I wouldn't have enough coverage to pay for my medical bills when I finally did receive treatment...even though I had ample coverage. Once Goldman & Daszkal got involved, I had doctor appointments a few times a week for months and my insurance company ended up covering all of it and then some. Their thorough attention to the details and the professionalism of the whole staff took a huge weight off my shoulders and helped me realize I was finally in good hands. I would highly recommend Goldman & Daszkal to anyone who suffered an injury as the system is not set up for a person to deal with doctors and insurance companies by themselves. Thank you, Lorraine, Staci, Jessica, Bo and Alex! You were the best team I could have asked for!!
