No disrespect to the other great attorneys out there but Mr. Jancha is the man. Very professional but also down to earth. He is a straight forward person that’s not going to sell a dream. Very knowledgeable of the law. I am satisfied with what he has done for me in regards to my case. Thanks Dave.

Being in trouble is never a good experience but i was very fortunate to have Mr jancha as my attorney . I was facing some pretty serious charges and with his help he got it all worked out to what I think is the best possible outcome . David literally saved my family, especially my grandchildren and my daughter. While she was vacationing in St. Augustine she relapsed and made some very bad decisions. The charges were serious. Had it not been for Mr. Jancha, she would have remained in Florida locked up for 3 years separated from her 4 young children. His diligence and expertise led to the best possible pretrial outcome...9 months residential rehab, which she undoubtedly needed, and a lengthy probation which was very fair. All this without going to trial. Again...he saved my grandchildren and their mother the trauma of a 3 year separation with thankfully rehab addressing the real problem. This is how it should be with any substance addiction, whether they be legal or not, rather than creating even more insurmountable problems....especially with innocent children involved. My wife and I have temporary guardianship of the children during this time. They're doing fine while their mother is getting the help she must have to get well. We all will be forever grateful.

I would still be in jail if it weren't for David. Some choices that I made landed me with 7 drug related charges. Everything from trafficking to paraphernalia. Only 2 of of those charges were misdemeanors. My family is from out of state and things were not looking good. The bail bondsman recommended this guy, and I am so glad that he did. The trafficking charge was lessened to possession, and i got one more possession charge, but the rest of the charges were dropped. I was granted a withhold of adjudication on the rest. Florida has mandatory minimum prison sentences for the charges I was facing, but with David's help, I am back in my home state with just a little bit of rehab. This guy really knows how to do his job. Throughout the process of all this, it was never any problem getting in contact with him, he always answered my phone calls or called me right back. I was never left in the dark about anything-all of my questions were answered quickly, and all resolutions were found quickly. He is such a nice and understanding man. I was really down through all of this and he lifted my spirits with encouragement through the whole process. He listened to me vent and I'm sure he had plenty of things he could have been doing instead. I can't think of any way I could have been helped more. I went from 5 felonies, one being a 1st degree felony, and 2 misdemeanors ,to just TWO lessened charged. That's it! So if you are looking for outstanding representation - look no further! I can't thank David Jancha enough. From the incredible representation to just being a great human being..he gets 5 stars across the board from me! Shout out to Mr. Disinger too who helped assist in my case. He was incredible too and also an extremely nice and helpful man. I didn't know there were lawyers like these guys.
