I contacted Mr. Disinger due to having been charged with a First degree Felony and a First degree misdemeanor. I met with Mr. Disinger and explained my situation, he was very attentive and asked me very detailed questions pertaining to my case, everything was noted and a strategy was devised very quickly in order to get the best results for my case. I told Mr. Disinger upfront that I did have a meeting with another attorney and that I would make my decision on who I would hire after I meet with the other attorney. Well to make this short I hired Mr. Disinger, I felt his attention to detail came first and knowing he had also been on the other side of the law working for the protectors office, his contacts and knowledge of navigating through the state's attorneys system, I felt that Mr Disinger would be best suited for my case! Also my intuition helped me make my choice, I just had a good feeling about him. I'm glad I might the right choice in hiring Mr Disinger, both my cases were dismissed within 2-3 weeks and I couldn't be happier! James delivered an amazing outcome to a very difficult and political case. He spent to time to listen and develop a strategy that forced the State Prosecutor into a position that they dropped all charges. Whatever B.S. argument they made a strong defense position was made. I have never had to deal with anything like this in my life but James was there to handle it. Such a great job. I would definitely recommend him. While I never wish to need to hire him again I would do so.

Attorney James Disinger is a great lawyer. He took my case to trial and won on all counts. I was facing huge prison time for a false arrest and false assault. He was very good at the strategy and keeping it as simple and limited as possible. He had case law to argue the jury instructions and was great both in trial and in the closing arguments.
