Great customer service, very knowledgeable I highly recommend

I have used Don for years and he and the staff are excellent.

I was on time for my appointment, and I ended up having to wait for 30 min. Then, Don Dempsey was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. It was my day off, so I was wearing a t-shirt that I bought at DeLeon Springs the last time I was there. He assumed I worked there and that I "didn't have enough money" to afford his services. Well, I'm a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience. Let's just say his assumption was incorrect. Let's also say that I will be taking my business (and my money) elsewhere.

The most unprofessional people I have EVER have to deal with ! I have called and left multiple messages and things and still never a return. The day of court the receptionist decides to hang the phone up because I’m telling her no one is calling me back. I’m a single mother of 2 babies he took over MY case and has NOT spoke or met with me one time but keep giving a run around ! I suggest to NEVER EVER spend or waste time or money with these people !!! Specifically Brett and the receptionist!!! I will be contacting someone about this !!!! Sad world we live in!! And then when Brett finally calls after 2 minutes later he disrespected me and hung up !! I’m human to and this is not ok !!! I have proof I have called ou fault the receptionist isn’t doing her job!!!

Very professional, quick responses and extremely helpful with all legal my questions. I cannot recommend Brett Kocijan and his staff enough!!

If you need a lawyer, Don is well versed to protect and defend you.

One star is not low enough apparently Dempsey's office will not take on complaints or cases that involve misconduct or abuse of power by Law Enforcement & Government agencies. That pretty hypocritical from a guy who ran a campaign of anti corruption for public office. Sounds like same horse trader just different camp

Brett negotiated the best resolution possible for my case This was an extremely stressful situation for me and he went above and beyond. Great communication through the entire process!!!!! 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
