Brett is a willfully neglectful attorney. He gave me bad advice and represented me poorly and ineffectively. He also consistently gave me court documents weeks, sometimes months late causing me to miss critical deadlines which is extremely unethical. Do not hire him. He should be disbarred.

Don, Lynn, and Lindy always always looked out for my best interest. they were open, honest, and took care of me. Don is A great guy. He is extremely knowledgeable and fights for his client. Anytime I had a question Lynn or Don answered them or got back to me as soon as possible. They did there best to close my case and I am very happy with the outcome. If you are looking for an attorney team, this is the one.

Donald Dempsy is good honest family man and if ever I need an attorney he will be the first call.

Brett Kocijan is a horrible little man! He is not in this business to help others. He is only in it for money. If you want an attorney who will actually sit down and go over your case with you then DO NOT hire this man! He refuses to do anything to fight for you. He wines about having to come and represent a client when the court forced him to pick up a case. He does nothing but laugh it up with prosecutors every time he is in the courtroom. Talking about cases. Also, I have personally heard him laugh about someone’s life about to be lost to prison time. —another attorney stated about their client. Hmm.... conflict? Of interest? Talking of people’s cases with prosecuting attorneys that should not be chatting about it to each other in the first place; outside of the courtroom. How is it ok for lawyers like Kocijan have friendly outings with prosecutors, public defenders, and judges??? Also, Kocijan thinks that he can manipulate Poverty stricken people. He will gladly state that a hard working God-Fearing family man doesn’t deserve justice. The thought that people like Kocijan think they can make their own rules makes me scared for the future of our children’s children. No sir! God will give you what you deserve. God is tired of crooked corrupt law men and so is Trump! Kocijan is a bad little man who doesn’t care about the truth!!!!!!!

Brett and his team have been mind and my families attorney since 2012 they are amazing , he has the the best way of handling each individual situation for the most rewarding outcomes, he has handled my divorce my child support case and even issues with my son when he has made not the best choices and decisions . If there is a man you want for the job and you want it done right look absolutely no further than Brett .
