I would not recommend anyone work with this individual. To my knowledge no motions were filed or submitted to the opposing legal representative over the course of several years. I simply gave up due to the unprofessional behavior that occurred after our first meeting. Mr. Tuma took my money and stopped responding to emails and phone calls. Do not recommend.

I hired Michael Tuma for two very time sensitive cases. He came with high recommended values from some reputable sources. Found out from my opposing party that my appeal.was denied and never got responses from tuma after several email & calls.

Michael Tuma has been more then an attorney .. He has heart and knows the law through and through. Always has been so professional and straight up with myself and my case. Always on point and takes no pushback. Unlike most attorney's , Micheal cares , I've never met another like him, with so much passion for his clients. I was very disappointed in the service Mr Tuma provided in my sons case. Lack of response to communication regarding the case, he did not put in the time to speak to my son, he was often late and not prepared for court to the point the judge was frustrated. And finally he did not fight for the best interest of my son for rehabilitation which the judge even agreed with and told him was an option early on. It was too much work for him to do. He did not put even a fraction of valid effort into this case and I would never recommend him to anyone.
