Having to hire an attorney to deal with stressful matters was completely overwhelming. I’m so grateful that Danny Philpott was recommended to me. He was very caring and dedicated to my case. He always kept me informed on what was happening with my case and kept my mind at ease. He promptly returned my phone calls and answered my many questions. I hope I won’t need an attorney again but if I do I’ll definitely call Danny.

Have hired her to resolve several legal issues and have found her to be a hard working individual. She has always put her best effort in to my cases. May be hard to reach because of her case load but has returned calls in a timely manner.

I had a horrible experience with Mr.Philpott. Did not care at all! Never knew what was going on. Paid 2500$ for pretty much nothing. Told me a bunch of lies in consultation just to get paid after paying him his story quickly changed. Had to switch lawyers because I refused to pay $1,000 more for mediation to somebody who won't fight for anything! I was better off going alone. Just Didn't care about anything I had to show him or say. I think it's time for him to retire. He's just ridiculous! Very upset with my poor judgement here.

Charged me 1500$ for a child support case. Went to one court date and then withdrew from my case. No refund. No calls, he did not keep me informed on anything. just an email from the state that my attorney withdrew from my case. I will not recommend any one to this crook. Beware.

Constantly sending her info on the case and it is obvious she does not read it, stammers and stutters through testimony during hearing. Does not file documents, motions, contempt, etc in a timely manner. Does not return phone calls and email communication.
