In November 2020, I was hit on I-95 during Tropical Storm Ida. I was on my way to do my first ever water cleanup job when this car accident happened. Due to COVID procedures, the courts were closed and backed up. This 18 month stretch was a major challenge for me, psychologically. The insurance company didn't want to pay a fair compensation because I injured these areas of my body from a previous car accident. Even though different tendons/ligaments tore, and different discs were severely herniated, the insurance company did not want to see the difference from 2013-2015 injuries. Seth worked this case very diligently until the end. Today, we signed the settlement agreement to end this lawsuit. From what the insurance company wanted to pay, Seth's feelings on the net recovery and my personal thoughts, I came out way ahead!
