Mr. Gaffney took the time to explain what my options were and he even explained how I might be at an advantage in a possible lawsuit! Anybody who is going through a battle with a landlord knows how stressful it can be. Reading Mr. Gaffney's advice actually gave me so much relief and the courage to keep fighting! The thing that surprised me most was to learn that he answers questions on Avvo just to "give back" for a long and rewarding career! That speaks volumes about the character of the man and why he is so kind and helpful!

This guy seems to give it to you straight whether you want to hear it or not and we need more of this. Just had some recent back and forth with him. Gives way more advice than I would ever give for free and I wish he was accepting clients. Seems like this guy will either save you some money, save you some time, or both!! THANKS!

Gary explained the uphill battle this would be to fight the HOA. If i was going to pursue this I would definitely hire Gary. But I will listen to what he said and let the people this really affects fight for this if they so desire. Thanks Garry

Mr. Gaffney was quick and informative in his response and for that we are greatful. It awful to think that you work your whole life and expect to be treated with respect at a certain age, expecting to live a quiet life but no. One is being abused , disrespected and no one is willing to help. I truly appreciate Mr. Gaffney's response and will give it another try .
