I have used the legal services of Mr. Heath on two different occasions. He dug for the right details to help my first case, and was able to negotiate to have the violation dismissed completely. On the second case, he was able to have the fine reduced, and eliminate further penalties that saved me hundreds (or thousands) of dollars for over several years. I was referred to James Heath from a friend for a legal matter. I could not be happier to say James Heath is my attorney. He is a genuine and upfront individual who practices law. He listens, informs you of what your options are, he is reasonable and most importantly he gives you his time and attention. Working with Mr. Heath feels like a partnership. Thankfully, he has 5 areas of service and I retained him again for another matter. I have happily referred others to him and most definitely will again every chance I can.

Gave me bad legal advice that has literally ruined my life. 7 years later and it’s still affecting me. A good lawyer should be able to present the facts in a way that makes you look favorable.
