I consulted with Dana Matthews in Destin in 1992 when I purchased my townhouse in Shalimar regarding the "land lease" agreement for the common grounds of the Honeycomb Townhouse complex. I understand he is not "in control" of the situation and doesn't have any ties to the complex. However, I am requesting another consultation with this firm today and would like the opportunity to continue this review after I get a response from his office. I submitted my request today, March 26, 2016 at about 10:16 AM via the company website. I am not ready to post a star rating and have used a 3 star rating to show mid-range.
