I would like to personally thank Attorney, Winter Spires, and her team for having the “I am here to help you” attitude from the consultation until receiving the final positive results in the mail. She was knowledgeable about the laws governing my case, as well as, abreast of the “do’s” and “don’t” in emergency situations pertaining to my case. My God had I read all of these reviews I wou have never hired this firm. I signed and paid an $1800 dollar retainer in September of 2020 to handle contempts. The hearing was dragged out until January 2022 and I have been invoiced over $15000. Not only that but the night before my hearing I am told Winter Spires will not be representing me and that she is having an old colleague fill in. I never spoke to this attorney until the day of my hearing. The blame game and the finger pointing I experienced as well. This is an attorney who will give you false hope she is lazy full of excuses and all correspondence is through email. Winter Spires will sell you nothing but lies and give you false hope. Words can't express what I have experienced... it is criminal. I expected more out of someone who has a father so involved in helping a community. Looking back she's got a great sales pitch and all of her excuses involved her own children, She has no regard for anyone else's. If anyone is looking for legal help please do not make the same mistake myself and the above reviewers have made.

Mrs. Spires handled my custody matter. I was very happy with the representation that I received from her and her employees. I recommend her to my friends and family all the time.

I had a very nasty divorce with lots of complicated issues. Ms. Spires and her staff were always available for me to discuss the issues of the case. Ms. Spires was aggressive in her representation of me and helped me reach my desired outcome. I would very much recommend her to my family and friends.

After my wife passed in 2015 I hired them to handle retrieving money from a joint account that was frozen. Needless to say, I will never make that mistake again. This experience was very frustrating. After asking for an invoice on a bill I received, after I believed all payments had been rendered (2017),I never heard back from them. Fast forward now to 2021 and I am now receiving another invoice saying I still owe money. This should speak volumes to anyone worried about time being a factor. I would rather just pay what they think I owe than have to deal with them any further. The quality I expected for the amount of money I paid was just not there. I would caution to shop around. Many other better options are out there.
