Let me begin with, dealing with attorneys is a total headache! In past closings, I’ve only dealt with attorneys that seem to complicate real estate deals rather than focus on their client’s interests and smoothing out closings; however, with Cathleen and Jesika, I’ve had nothing but a pleasurable experience! True professionals all the way. Not only did I have a smooth closing, they also were ready to close right after Hurricane Dorian with smiles on their faces and positive energy all the way! They assisted the entire way from the beginning of negotiating the contract to closing day! One of the few attorneys that answered their emails during hurricane watches and warning.
