I am a court appointed legal guardian for my brother My previous attorney was no longer available, therefore I was without an attorney on record for my brother. As a court appointed legal guardian( the guardian is required to have an attorney on record for the court). I had an hearing before the judge to show cause the next day and needed an attorney to be on record. I found attorney Roman on line and was blessed to have chosen him. Attorney Roman listened and quickly explained what needed to be done. Although he had a prior hearing, already scheduled for that same day and time attorney Roman informed the Judge that he will be my brother’s attorney’s on record and will be assisting me with the filings etc, required by the court.
