Have had Jose as an Attorney for over a year, his overall response to client, his lack of communication, work ethic, lack of professionalism and preparation for Court hearing, his lack of explanation of fee, overcharging and inability to accept responsibility became a huge factor. If there was a 0 star rating, that would have best suited for the review on him. Have gotten Contempt hearings twice against me due to Jose’s lack of communicating to me of Court hearing and not preparing the Financial Report to be signed on time as requested by the Court. He does not take responsibility of his action and passes the blame off on me. He seems to forget his job, his job as an Attorney is to inform his clients of proceedings and get them involved and informed, that he has not done. He and his team of works are one of a kind and I would not refer that anyone use him as an Attorney.

My experience with Jose was positive. He outlined a plan establishing clear communication. His strategy brought me a peace of mind. I felt comfortable with Jose explaining my situation. Jose is honest and straightforward. I appreciate his work and will reach out to him if I need help. I recommend Jose and his firm!
