Dr. Sierra was knowledgeable and caring; pays attention to details and is on point when it comes to making sure you understand the process, and follows through; always approachable when needed. During our immigration appointment she was alert and comforting, and her assertiveness saved the day when the officer was getting upset thinking I was not answering the right information.
