Jessica prepared documents for my father & myself. I may have been one of her 1st clients. Jessica did a good job of putting all of the pieces together as my father's place was a bit unusual as the property is sold as a shareholder. What this means is there are a few more hoops to jump through. Jessica made it happen! All worked out very well. I used Jessica for a 2nd service. If I could give TEN stars I would! We got thrown into completely handling my mother's dementia and having to quickly take over her finances, medical care, banking, and dealing with patient rights during residency at a local Assisted Living Facility. Jessica was invaluable from the start. She is patient, knowledgeable, and is always prompt at getting me answers when I need them. If you're reading this, you might be searching for an elder care attorney and she should be your pick. I've since referred two families to her and they are just as pleased as we are. Navigating elder care is a tricky and painfully emotional ride. Jessica is understanding through every scenario, but was also able to make it black and white enough that we didn't feel overwhelmed. Even after we were "done" with Jessica's piece as our elder care attorney, I have contacted her on other occasions about patient's rights and medical issues. She has been prompt and helpful each time. I can't say enough about how she has helped us.
