In 2014 I was forced into a bankruptcy situation after acquiring over $250k in unforeseen medical bills. Ms. Mayor and her staff were understanding and educated on the options, and the process. Throughout the process they kept me abreast over each significant stage in the case. The former is significant, as my past experience with attorneys which I retained both for a divorce, as well as for a loan modification as a result of the medical situation left much to be desired, as once they are retained attorneys are somewhat evasive.
