Nicole and her team were outstanding in providing legal services first for purchase and closing of my Florida home. They also provided services related to closing of a subsequent mortgage refinancing. They were professional, courteous and always responsive and creative. We will use them again for trust transfer of deed and also future homestead application in 2022.

Trust doesn’t come easy, but I totally trust Nicole’s insight and opinions. Over the years, she has been very helpful in numerous $MM RE transactions we have conducted. Lawyers can sometimes seem intimidating, however that was never the case with Nicole... She takes the time to go through every detail and doesn’t try to speak over you. She is a great communicator! Although she can get extremely busy, she always takes time to respond even if it is to let you know that she needs more time, which is awesome especially in this day and age when it is easier to just ignore someone. Nicole makes sure you fully understand the legal terminology and implications. She is the only attorney I will work with in Florida.

When selling our home in Ft. Lauderdale we ran into a problem with multiple open building permits from a remodel our parents had done 15 years prior. The City of Ft.
