Robert Stok and his law firm took my case and gave me first class legal representation in a somewhat complicated and difficult situation. They communicated well, worked efficiently, and got the job done with a minimum of anxiety that normally accompanies being involved in a legal proceeding. Called the office to get some paper work for child custody filed and he told me to come by to speak to him. I go , he says it will be 450. I agreed but missing the birth certificate so he didn't accept the payment even though I offered it. Came back same day filled out everything he wanted then when I asked to pay him the 450 he said he wanted to work a hourly basis and he couldn't give a clear answer as to how much to file a petition for paternity but that I can leave 450 as a down payment and he will bill me. Made me waste my day when my son has been kid napped by mother and the motion should not have been delayed. 12-5 pm time wasted. He then had the nerve to bring up time that we talked which was of. I legal advice just him trying to get me to hire him.bunch of cursing between employees while clients there. STAY AWAY

If I could give less then one star that is what Robert Stok would get. He speaks without knowing the fact pattern and sends threatening letters at will on behest of those foolish enough to engage his services.
