I hired Mr. Varkas for an HOA & Civil cases. Dates: March 15, 2022 to August 14, 2023. Mr. Varkas failed to comply with court ordered deadlines. He missed key dates and times for hearings, meetings and trials. This increased my hourly and retainer fees. This case should have lasted 3 months. He turned this into 11 months without a positive decision. He was not familiar with case laws, as I can see on the billables. In future, completed the due diligence on this attorney before hiring.
