I have a friend in Florida who used the assistance of Premier Property Law. She was having issues with her insurance company that resulted in no payment made to her. My name is Cesar Martinez my situation was one of the most difficult that you can ever be in an immigration situation, I had a final notice of removal by an immigration judge and i had hire two lawyers which I was told nothing can be done in my situation, I decide to hire Mrs Dawn by a friend who told me to try one more time with Mrs Dawn , he knew her by someone else and he advice me to hire her . so decide to go with her and try my last time even when I saw no there was no possible way that I can resolve my situation base on the advice of my other two lawyers. since the first time that we spoke I notice that she was different and she said that she will do everything to help me in my situation, she find out that the immigration court made a mistake with the court dates mail , she found out that the court send me the letters to my apartment with no apartment number the postal service couldn't deliver my mail because there was no apartment number and when I was not able to attend to my court because I was never able to know that I have a court date and that's how I was in final order of removal for not showing to court, she found out that someone send the court letters with no apartment number and the court determine that it was my fault because they argue that I gave the wrong address but she was able to prove that when my final order was order by the judge someone at the did write the apartment number . just want to let anyone that have a lawyer that will work extra time and really cares at a human a level for your situation that is something that you just can't put a monetary value , for her hard work , knowledge of the immigration laws not only my life has change because now I am able fight my case and the same judge that gave me my final order of removal was the same judge that change the order of removal and thanks to Mrs Dawn Rapoport i have the chance to continue living in this great country

Went to see attorney Dawn Rapoport for a consultation for my immigration concerns. I want to bring my fiance here from Turkey on a fiance visa to live here in the United sates and needed to know what the process would be and what I would be looking at as far as fees to bring him here. Dawn told me about all the forms I would be filling out and how long the process might take. I could tell she was very knowledgeable with the immigration process and what to do in case of a denial. Hired Dawn approximately 5 years ago to defend and ultimately mediate a foreclosure case. Dawn did exactly what we hired her to do, initially this was keep us in the home for as long as possible. Turns out there were many issues with the bank paperwork as well as all of the new laws/regulations that were coming out at the time in addition to the way these types of cases were being handled in the court system at the time. Because of this, the case dragged on for many years. Dawn was able to succesfully object and deture the banks consistant pressure to move our case through the court system. The case seems to be just about over, and should be done in the next 2 weeks.

Waiting since January 9, 2012 for a response to an incorrect bill where I was overcharged for services never received. Never got any follow-up from her after email dated 1/9/12. "Jan 9, 2012 As I explained, I have had to close my own practice and office and was moving to a new firm. My old firm network and data will be set up this week so I can access it again. However, I am not sure how you expect to resolve anything..."
