I have worked with the Office of Carmen G. Soto for nearly three years. I could not ask for anyone better than my attorney, Allison Bishow, representing me. Attorney Bishow has been patient, kind, supportive, understanding, and fierce. Here is an UPDATE- MAY 2024 - "I'm 1 year and 9 months into my divorce. Soto is doing a "GREAT" job representing my soon to be ex, delaying the process and milking $$$ from him. So far she made $40K+. I saw the bill in December 2023! She is sooo mad at me that she writes in her motions... "The Wife has acted this way throughout all of the proceedings. She is a bully. And she is the worst kind of bully that makes herself out to be the victim." From my perspective - Soto just has no laws to refer to, so she writes these poems to satisfy my narcissistic husband. Stay away from this type of attorney. She is not there to fix the problem and get you divorced, she is there to get the max $ she can promising that the court rules your spouse to pay those $40K. Time will tell, Carmen! See you at the next hearing. Dealing with Soto now! She represents my ex. These 2 found each other! He claimed domestic violence twice since the divorce started and kicked me out of my own home. Yes, last 9 months I don't have a place to live and I barely see my kids. Soto has NONE moral qualities. She was telling a judge about me scratching ex's finger and trying to take away my parental rights for (!) 6 months based on those false accusations. She decided my 2 and 4yo kids didn't need their mother. But Soto extremely needs $$$! BTW, all criminal cases against me were disposed (no evidence). Questions - what makes you think she would be honest and ethical with you? How could she get so many positive reviews? She would not be able physically handle so many cases. Maybe because most of them are just fake and automatically hyped?.... Anyway, will keep you posted on my experience with Soto

Nothing but good things! Attorney Soto and her entire team helped me get through a difficult time while going through my divorce. She gave me wise advice in how to proceed with everything that needed to happen plus that tranquility when my anxiety levels were high because of trying to understand or resolve something quickly that the other party was requesting.
