I would not recommend this firm to anyone. I was only able to see Carmen ONCE, I was never told she was not gonna be the one representing me until they got my retainer money.....she assigned another attorney for my case who in my opinion didn't do a good job....

The firm is staffed with knowledgeable and genuinely caring folks. Throughout the entire process, I received communication at every step of the way and I am particularly grateful to Allison Bishow. Associate attorney Bishow demonstrated an extremely high level of professionalism and ethics quality that simply aren't common nowadays. There were instances in which I thought the case was related to her as I witnessed the scale in which she organized the process. Needless to say, our case was a success and I will be forever grateful.
