Mitch Polay really delivers, I had a recent gun case in which the Judge had increased my bond from 1k to 85k and 24 hour lockdown at home, I was unable to work, go to the store nothing. Mitch was able to get me off the ankle monitor completely even got them to allow me to travel freely in and out the country on 4 felonies. Everything he said to me was always factual, he really was a man of his word. The D.A. Had mentioned I scored out to a mandatory prison sentence of 2 yrs minimum. Mitch worked tirelessly and around the clock staying in touch with me every step of the way. I still dont know how he did it but all my charges were reduced to misdemeanors and I was let off with one year probation, he assured and reassured me several times he would do what’s best for me and he absolutely overdelivered. Through the years he became not my lawyer that I hired But a great friend and mentor in many aspects of my life. He is a well respected and a true professional. Mitch went above and beyond for me .I had a charge that carried mandatory prison time ..Mitch got my charge dropped and no prison time .I'm now able to be here with my family which is everything in the world to me .. Mitchell Polay is a man of his word with an incredible work ethic. He perseveres expeditiously to get the job done! Everyone makes mistakes. And Mr. Polay can fix anything! Hire the best the first time around or you will regret it later. I was looking at 5 years probation and i was free in 2 years. He responds to phone calls and texts rite away. And is very understanding. He handles himself professionally around judges and is always prepared the day of.

I came across Mitch through a family friend after my lawyer at the time had mishandled my battery and misdemeanor cases and wasn’t going to deliver me reasonable results. Let me start this off saying i would be in prison right now if it were not for mitch and not writing this review. He is a very good lawyer and family friend he does his job right and does everything he says he will do for you plus more he always taken care of me and anyone i no who uses him i highly recommend he we make sure your taken care of and not sent to jail very reliable ive personally been using for over 10 years wouldn't use or go anywhere else Mitch is the one to get it done...

Hired him for my boyfriends case years ago and was very satisfied with his work , he is well known by the judges and the state attorneys aswell as even the bailiff which makes everything easier for your case . Did not have to lift a finger on my part , he took care of everything . Also was very sympathetic and helpful , at the same time he kept it real though , something i needed at the time. Thats why i hire him as my attorney everytime ! (3 cases in the can;) )

Well I was a juror on a very serious case and when it comes to defense Mr polay is calm collective and extremely knowledgeable and if I were in the shoes of the accused there is know one I'd want to defend me but Mr polay. If you unfortunately find yourself in a real serious situation that causes life or death I STRONGLY advise you to select Mr. Polay to defend you. His reputation precedes him.

I am 43 years of age today since the age of 19 Mitch has represented me For punishable by life offensive! I'm a grandfather now and a free man and if it wasn't for Mitch I would not be here . Not only did Mitch save me from going to jail but he gave me the opportunity to become a better mother. Due to the fact that the state was trying to send me to jail after having my new born I made th decision to hire him last minute after my previous lawyer had messed up the entire case . He definitely cleaned up the mess he made and solved my case the best that he could within the short time limit he was given . I will recommend him over and over to everyone I come across that needs a lawyer that will never give up for his client !
