Refuses to return Phone calls. Doesn't text back. Didn't show up for the last 3 court hearings I had. I would never recommend this attorney to anyone who needs someone reliable. If I could give negative stars I would. Sent additional business his way with promised compensation with no return on his word. If I was you I would save your money.

I hired Mitch a few years ago.The only regret I have is not finding him sooner after I had already been screwed over by my previous attorney.Mr P did the best he could considering what he had to work with and I highly recommend him.He's very straight forward so be prepared to be told like it is.Overall he gets the job done and I would definitely use him again if needed.

Mitchell Bruce Polay is an experienced and a highly respected attorney. I retained him in 2014 for a serious Aggravated battery charge. I scored a lengthy prison sentence. Mitch was able to negotiate a plea deal that I believe no other attorney would have been able to pull off. Even during my probation sentence , I was able to text Mitch if I ever had any questions and he always responded. He actually cares. Thanks to Mitch I am now a free man. A few years back I was wrongfully charged. I retained Mitch, who was referred by a trusted associate. What should have been improper display of a firearm, was trumped up to aggravated assault w a firearm, which in Florida, carries a minimum mandatory of 3 years in state prison, if convicted by Jury. Mitch strategically worked with prosecutors, & although was confident in taking this case to trial, he was able to reach a deal that consisted of no further jail/prison time. I would like to note, the immense level of respect Mitch received/receives, while he accompanied me to my calendar calls/hearings. Mitch is VERY well respected, by fellow members of the bar, courthouse employees, and judges. He has a great presence, in the courthouse, and has an undeniable swagger, impeccably dressed, and unshakable confidence... Something very important to have in a trial/defense lawyer. Everything comes into play, and Mitch contains it all. I recommended my best friend, who had gotten a DUI, to Mitch, who not surprisingly got the case thrown out. Mitch is the real deal.
