Alex Golt is my grandson and on his behalf and my sons I was directed to talk to Daniel Forrest.. For three years and other attempts at this case by other attorneys that just couldn't get this case on the right track and Daniel and his colleagues took this case and were able to finally allow me for the first time since Alex was born to sleep.. This case was extreme and kinda unbelievable from the start but he never told me I was wrong he just kept going forward with what I was telling him and he was able from his knowledge and a unbelievable way of dealing with this type of issues but believe me mine where out there.. Where my son was giving up hope that anyone would ever help him Daniel told him from day one hes got it.. This man has gone over and beyond all.. We will be forever greatful to you.. Daniel and his team did an amazing job with my divorce! Obviously this is never and easy thing to do but they made the whole process very simple and streamlined. He was always pushing the other attorney to move quickly so that we didn't waste more time and money then needed. He helped me keep way more of my assets then I otherwise would have had he not gotten involved. Would highly recommend him for anything in the family law world!

He is honest and knows when to be assertive if necessary. Do not make the same mistake I did from the beginning and hire the first attorney you meet with, unless it’s Daniel. All attorneys are not equal and Daniel has proven that to me. It was so nice to find an attorney who I felt actually cared and showed it. I hired Daniel after firing my first attorney who got me nowhere. Daniel was able to get my child back in my life and my divorce resolved within 3 months of hiring him and my divorce was considered a high conflict case. He never ceased to impress me with his knowledge and attention to details. Not once through the entire process did I have to wait more than a few hours to hear back from Daniel directly. While being represented by the first attorney I hired (not Daniel) I felt no different than being alone through the process, however, after hiring Daniel I felt like I had someone in my corner who had my best interests at hand. He is easy to talk with and very clear about explaining your options and then formulating a plan of action. He is truly great at what he does.
