Daniel is an outstanding attorney. When my ex filed for divorce, I called Daniel's office and managed to get an appointment fairly quickly. Daniel was very understanding and knew exactly how to approach my case. During the process, he was very upfront with telling me when my ex was being unreasonable and when I was being unreasonable. He came up with a great plan and when it came time for mediation, we managed to finished quickly. Due to my ex and her attorney making insane requests of me, I was worried that this would get dragged out for several months; Daniel made sure that we were done in about three. When I reached out with questions, he was great about getting back quickly and when I needed to schedule an appointment, they got me in quickly and Daniel was ready to talk. There wasn't a point throughout my process, where I felt that Daniel, or anyone within his team, were uncaring about my case. His experience and passion for family law really shows. I hope that I'll never have to go through another divorce, but I know that if anyone close to me has to go through one, I'll be recommending Daniel Forrest without a skipping a beat.

Daniel and his team are awesome, they fight hard for you, are not afraid to tell you what you don't want to hear, and make you feel hopeful when you feel that hope is lost. They will fight for you like you're their only client and take strong, solid, and sound positions. A pleasure to work with on what can be an emotional rollercoaster. Highly recommend.

Daniel is an amazing and very compassionate attorney. He made, what I thought was a difficult and lengthy divorce, happen in only three month. He truly cares about his clients and to get the best possible results. I can recommend him highly!!

The best damn attorney in town. He is genuinely concerned about your case. He is not a churner , one that finds a way to keep things going as to run up billable hours, he gets the job done. He saved my life and future as I had 2 other attorneys quit after taking my money.The other attorneys including my X's dragged my case out 3 years, Daniel fixed it in 3 or 4 months. He worked weekends on my case as he would call me Saturday or Sunday. He always prevailed as he worked on details.My X wife had 3 attorneys or should I say churners and Daniel single handed took them on and beat them all.I believe I was one of his first cases when he opened his own practice in 2013 . It was a stressful time in my life , but now looking back on it we had an exciting time and a lot of fun. How many people can honestly say that about their attorney ? Daniel was my attorney back in 2014. He is a nice man, very professional, same goes for his staff. He has worked tirelessly on my case that my abusive ex husband and his unethical, immoral attorney tried to make as horrible as possible. They refused mediation, or any talks that could've led to an amicable agreement; their goal was simply to destroy me. Thankfully they did not succeed. Daniel was there for me as an attorney, and since he's also a parent, he helped me with some great advice and ideas regarding how my son and I could cope with that very stressful time we had to endure. Last year I called him and asked for his opinion on some issues I was dealing with. He remembered me, inquired about our lives, and gave me good advice. He is an attorney you can always count on!

I never do endorsements but am making an exception for Daniel Forrest and his staff because of what a great job they did for me. I know the difference between an effective family law attorney and a bad one--my first attorney had me with a one-sided, onerous permanent alimony settlement for the last 7 years that I only was able to honor because I had a great job which unfortunately I lost around the middle of last year. Staring at financial disaster and a very uncertain future I contacted Daniel and this was one of the best decisions I have every made. He gave me practical and conservative advice about what could be achieved, his fees were always reasonable and there were no BS motions, procedures or other actions that other lawyers undertake to simply run up fees. He and his staff are super-honest and really had my best interest at heart. The final result--which is the most important thing--was better than I dreamed possible. I got rid of my permanent alimony for almost nothing in exchange and at a very low cost in fees. I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone looking for a highly competent attorney who is honest and will fight for you.
