"It is important to be aware that if you hire this firm, they have a tendency to stay within their specific area of expertise and struggle to handle matters outside of it. Whether it is a case involving vehicular assault, disregarding a prenuptial agreement, or addressing stolen funds, they seem to overlook the critical aspects. For instance, during the hearing, instead of pursuing charges for theft, Judge Willis questioned the necessity of the hearing if funds were clearly stolen. In the context of the divorce proceedings, it is legally mandated that no properties can be sold. However, despite this, a property was sold during the divorce, and the funds used for the sale were taken from a joint account. The property was registered under Eva Arnold's name, yet no action was taken to address this violation. On August 3rd, 2023, I found myself defending a contempt of court charge for failing to send a signed quit claim deed, which Forrest had been holding onto for an extended period. Once again, their inability to respond promptly became evident. To add to the disappointments, my service dog was stolen by Eva Arnold]. I was forcibly dragged down the street while attempting to retrieve my service dog, resulting in hospitalization and charges of vehicular assault. Shockingly, during the court hearing, Forrest displayed a complete lack of empathy when the plaintiff exclaimed, 'Buy a new dog.' Despite being aware that it was a trained service dog, Forrest callously responded with 'Touché.' Perhaps the most concerning aspect is the complete absence of any response to my requests for key witnesses to be subpoenaed. It would have been crucial to have witnesses testify that the closure of the trust account was done under Eva's request. This failure to respond effectively hampered my ability to defend against allegations of unilaterally closing the account."

I never give reviews, but I felt it was necessary and important to give a review about Dan Forrest. After the decision was made to get a divorce, I searched Broward and Palm Beach counties to find the best divorced attorney in the area. After searching for the attorney with the highest profile clients I hired them. After going through this 3 times I found that most are big talkers that created more activity than results. That was until I walked into Dan’s office. From the minute I walked in I saw that his confidence level was exactly what I was looking for. The only thing that remained to see was if his confidence level was equal to his skill set, and after completing the process I realized that his skills superseded anything I could have expected. From our initial consultation, he told me exactly what to expect and where we will wind up and with delight that is exactly where it ended.
