David Scott and his staff are amazing. The entire case was handled in a kind and caring manner. Emails and phone calls were responded to instantaneously. David is fair and trustworthy. There were no inflated charges or over billing. David’s experience and knowledge of family law was priceless!

AMAZING! David Scott and his team are winners! They were able to win 100% sole custody and responsibility for my Daughter, a rare occurrence in Florida for a father. The team were efficient, organized and fully committed to my case. David traveled to different counties in Florida defending me. David made himself available virtually anytime for me. I can't recommend enough, simply a fantastic law team that is also affordable. They know all the ins and outs of family law in Florida. the following statements are my personal opinion: he is a terrible lawyer!!!!!! and a terrible human being!! he lost his license before! he helps aid my sons dad in framing me for my sons dads crimes ....in court .. david scott has helped and is helping my sons dad get away with disobeying laws by lying to the courts and the police and helping my sons dad frame me for crimes my sons dad and his gang have done. david scott lies all the time in court and slanders me and he writes orders up that the judges never said in court and because i’m pro s.e. the judges just sign anything he writes. he’s nasty and has zero guts he even called my dad once and said my dad had just called him when my dad didn’t call him at all we think he’s bonkers. he came and videotaped me at my first court ordered custody exchange intimidating me and acting in a way he should not he makes the court battle personal and acts as if he is the client it’s sickening i just tested positive for covid so he asked me for a photo of my test and i sent it immediately so he had the judge sign an order within a day june 3,2022 that my son is to get on the plane to go to his dads house in nc on sunday june 5,2022 he doesn’t care about other humans on this planet and is risking the lives of the entire airport and the population as a whole by allowing the spread of covid to happen after i told him my son and i were isolating as the cdc directed to do so for a minimum of five days he totally ignored my positive covid tests after i sent them and just sent a copy of the signed order if this doesn’t speak for the type of person he is i don’t know what will this lawyer has tried to intimidate me with many legal threats and fake witness lists stay strong this man has zero power he works with this therapist that is also incompetent and unable to schedule appointments both of them shouldn’t have their licenses anymore it’s really dissgraceful the therapists name is jerome washington also david’s paralegals are incompetent told them several times i only use one email for court they continuously send the email i told them repeatedly to not contact messages all the time He had his friend jerome washington a therapist lie under oath about me and call me a racist on 10-26-22 he pulled the race card just because I'm white he had his client pay jerome washington for these services that he never completed on me If you are pro se like I was do not let David scott choose jerome washington to do your evaluation it's a setup deal jerome gets paid and in court he will lie and say he told you to do the 400 question exam a certain way under oath when he never did and say you invalidated the test to make you look bad in court

I normally don’t write reviews but in this case I have too. I don’t want other people to get fooled and their hopes up and use these people. My husband needed a lawyer and found Judith Ramos. This lawyer for two years got our hopes up with my husband case of time sharing for his 13 year old. Judith didn’t even listen to my husband and we spent thousands of dollars on this case that he LOST. When she sat there and told my husband that it looks good for him and that the judge is even her friend. Also, as his ex continued to get caught in lies by the judge and Judith she still got away with it. She also holds his daughter from an education and not having her not attend school. But still thought that was ok for the mother to do. Not only did Judith Ramos (lawyer) lie to my husband but allowed his ex to have total control of the daughter after prof of neglect she provides for her daughter. This is disgusting that for two years fighting for this that they take out money monthly and she LOST a simple case of time sharing with his daughter who is 13 years old who is not a baby. Do not use her it will be a waste of money and your time. You might as well do it yourself. At least you will have a better result!!

He was able to resolve my case without doing any jail time which is amazing and I would strongly recommend anyone with 1 or more DUI's to get him or anyone of the team to go to bat for you right away! I would NOT recommend this firm to a dog. The attorney that got assigned to my case was Mary Lauren Hammond she illiterate and did not know what she was doing. She filed the wrong paperwork and my case got dismissed. They took my money and she resided in Pensacola Florida when my case is on Broward County. I hired this firm in September of 2022 and when she filed the wrong paperwork was in December of 2022 I guess because she didn’t know what she was doing. I tried to get my money back and they refused. RUNN if this attorney get your case.
