My experience is a little different because I did not need representation from this firm. I wanted to commemorate Rachel Newman for going above and beyond for nearly a total stranger. A close friend of mine is an inmate that Rachel represented in the past. She was the last known form of contact for safely sending funds. Not only did she respond to me right away, but she informed me that the case was closed and therefore no longer represented my friend. Even still she assisted me in sending the funds with literally nothing to gain! I know she is extremely busy and yet somehow still managed to find the time to hear out my dilemma and also solve it! I am grateful and flattered for the time she spent out of her day on two separate occasions. Her unexpected generosity has restored my faith in humanity.
