Rachel Newman was my very best decision! I highly recomend her! She is professional, sweet , charming but 100% effective and accurate. She knows the law. She has plenty of experience and she owns the courtroom when Is time to defend or speak up for her clients. If you want to to know why I say this, keep reading . I got charged with robbery with a deadly weapon, battery with a deadly weapon and aggravated battery. All this because I had to defend my self from a crazy guy in one of my vacation rental properties. I somehow got arrested ; Eventhou I had plenty of evidence on my side. , he told the cops I hit him 5 times with a hammer and robbed his phone Lol. ( The crazy part is that I hired and attourney from Alex Hanna for the investigation process, pre arrest so he can help me avoid a tour of the jail. He did nothing other than take my money and went to the keys. ) I still got arrested and the public defender surprisingly got me a bond. My charges were so severe that they had a no-bond release condition. I got released with an insane 75k bond and house arrest At that point , to hired the best aftourney my money could buy (no budget ) turned to be of my most important decisions in my life. I went to a guy in downtown Miami .he wanted 25k because of the "felonies". If we needed to go to court would be another 15k. He took the time to listen to me but really put pressure on the wire transfer. He also told me exactly what I wanted to hear about the attacker and his" way of working." He told me that one of this Jr atourneys knew the judge and that it will be cake... My second option, i called a guy i found on YouTube, on his video He explained amazingly ,precisely and with lots of charisma what house arrest is, how easy is to violate it and how serious really is. He was very friendly on the video. On the phone he seemed to be someone else's, and he wanted 35k and was quick on the phone. He Wanted 125$ for a second call so my wife could ask questions. My last and best alternative was Rachel Neumann.! When I called her she knew who my PTI officer was. Rachel had so much experience she had work with the PTI officer in previous cases , she got me a permission to go visit her for a free consultation. Her office was located right in front of the jail where I spent 3 days, which can be very convenient fot some people. When she heard my case , she told me with lots of confidence she could get it dropped. She told me it will be only 5k IF she manages to solve it before the prosecutor formally charges me. I was amazed , I hired her on spot. She told me that there was NO pressure, she advised me to take my time and to think it well, that only made me feel even better, I saw the Google reviews and I felt very good about my decision. When I got home a friend "investigated her " he found out she is not the head of the firm, and that some reviews are about other atourneys on the firm. I guess some people care about that... To me it did not matter, I had a connection with her because she believed me , the price made a lot of sense to me. Instead of me focusing on how she is not the owner of the firm , I started to think that's an amazing thing, as she can have help from her coworkers or head of the firm. To me She was not "money hungry" and maybe i just got lucky finding her. As we started to work , she took all my evidence, she was super quick on the phone to respond all my questions and concerns. As time went by she carefully and precisely timed her conversation with the prosecutor to achieve the big goal. She helped me to get an authorization from court to travel and lastly she was able to help me close this crazy situation on my life for good. I saved so much money with her and she was available , just a text away. Profesionals like her is what we need on this world of greed. ! I thank Rachel so much and I wish her nothing but the very best ! If you read this far I hope you hired her already, if not stop just overthink it and hire her.
