Personally I had bad experience with this firm , initially I contacted the is firm because we need to resolve an issue with something we purchased and we got scammed for more than 5k with a company in Miami , this firm ask for every detail in this case and they took it but after 3 months I was trying to contact them and the person in charge of my case was no longer available and they didn’t tell us anything like an update or anything so I had to call Them and also write many messages via Instagram and after 3 weeks they finally responded just saying that they not gonna take my case without mentioning anything Terrible customer service and I believe the lawyers or attorneys working there are really amateur and with zero professionalism

I made a lot of trouble for myself with a DUI. And Rachel of Meltzer & Bell, P.A. was my lawyer. She always answered the millions and millions of questions I had and never let me feel that I was just a number in line. I found her to be very sincere and really cared about my progression through the VETERANS DUI PROGRAM. My case was dismissed (like today) and I’m very happy and very satisfied with her help and everyone at MELTZER & BELL, P.A. I’m hoping never to be in the same troubling situation I was in over a year ago because I’m a changed person. My experience is a little different because I did not need representation from this firm. I wanted to commemorate Rachel Newman for going above and beyond for nearly a total stranger. A close friend of mine is an inmate that Rachel represented in the past. She was the last known form of contact for safely sending funds. Not only did she respond to me right away, but she informed me that the case was closed and therefore no longer represented my friend. Even still she assisted me in sending the funds with literally nothing to gain! I know she is extremely busy and yet somehow still managed to find the time to hear out my dilemma and also solve it!
