My Son who is both Developmentally Disable and and Mentally Ill was arrested on charges of Solicitation of a Prostitute, which in the State of Florida carries Severe Penalties. I was taken to court for debt after taking charge off according to the laws. At this time, I was not able to get credit even a mortgage during the time of the charge off. Being unawares of a judgment in the courts and being not present to defend myself, I was in default and was taken back to court in 2015 with which I had my first attempt to defend my rights. I was able to it seems to maybe have won since my court date was closed. Not until this 2016 when the same plaintiff reopened the case where I had enough and needed a lawyer like Mr Hindi to finally put this to bed in my favor. I was very pleased with my result of judgment set aside and my case dismissed.
