I hired Andrew Rochen to defend me in a lawsuit that was filed against me by the legal representative of a man who suffered a brain injury while being escorted out of a bar/restaurant at which I was a patron. The man was drunk and belligerent, so the manager asked him to leave. He became confrontational as he was being escorted out of the bar/restaurant, so the staff had to forcefully remove him. When he was thrown out, he hit his head on the sidewalk, causing him to suffer a permanent brain injury. I was caught up in the mix, so I was named as one of the many defendants. Through use of several experts (including a toxicologist, a bio-mechanical expert, and a neurologist), Mr. Rochen was able to establish solid defenses and chop away at the claims against me. He ultimately effectuated an extremely favorable settlement, extricating me from the case. His service and responsiveness is beyond reproach, and his rates are more than fair. I highly recommend him!
