Brien Silber is a wonderful attorney. He is easy to talk to, answers every question. You can always talk to him directly even on the phone, not just his office staff. He is very competent,knowledgabe,helpful and great in court. He gets the results you want. He certainly did in our case.

Met with Brian 3 days ago had upcoming case was available to help me immediately , went to court and he was brilliant and won my cases in just a blink of an eye. Dealing with Brian has been a pleasure since the first phone call. I was in an immediate legal bind, the first thing I did was jump on google and start running down the list of attorneys in my area. Of course with my luck, it was 5:30 in the afternoon and no one answered until I got ahold of Mr. Silber, so it actually did work out well for me. He stayed in the office with me until 11:00PM that night getting everything situated. It was my first run in with the law and he was very reassuring of my situation and his confidence really calmed me down. He handled himself well in court and seemed to have great relationships with his peers and everyone at the courthouse. I was charged with a 3rd degree felony and 2 misdemeanors. He was able to get adjudication witheld on all charges and I was sentenced to probation. I was facing up to 5 years in prison, so I was extremely happy with my sentence of 18 months probation and no conviction. I served 12 months of my probation and was let off early. Being my first time in a serious legal situation was very scary for me, but as soon as I got to meet and consult with Brian, I felt a ton of weight lifted off me and I wouldn't hesistate to reccomend him to anyone. He did everything he said he would and fought my case like it was the only one he was working on. Thanks again Brian!

VERY PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE, & HONEST. My boyfriend encountered a horrible situation in his place of business and ended up facing multiple felonies due to Dealing In Stolen Property charges. Our world collapsed after learning his charges would merit up to 35 years in prison, if convicted. I was Mr Silbers client twice over the last year. Once to get my probation converted to administrative so I could leave the state for work and once again to get my probation terminated. He was excellent both times and got me the results I was looking for....The first time, the Judge denied my motion, Mr silber wouldnt let me leave to court-room until he spoke to the D.A. and the judge again. He was so tenacious that the Judge changed his mind!!! The second time Mr. Silber told me it would be a simple and painless matter. He got in front of the Judge and told him why I deserved to have my probation terminated and it was handles without any second thought. I would use Mr Silber again in a heartbeat, he was great!

Brian represented my boyfriend on a trafficking drug charge and really saved the day. He got the warrant lifted and then probation instead of jail. When my bf was first arrested they told him he was going to prison for 25 years and this really really really scared us. brian said the case had a motion to suppress bc the cops shouldnt have pulled the car over. in the end we agreed to probation and were very happy with it. Brian did a great job and we definitely recommend him to others.

I had a hearing in regards to a civil action case and had initially spoken to Atty Silber who reasured that he had seen many of those cases before and knew how to handle the situation. I have never had to hire a lawyer before but after Atty Silber took the case and it worked out satisfactorily, I would definitely hire him again if I had to.
